Baked Seafood Rice Casserole 白汁芝士海鮮焗飯

Do you like a warm, hearty and fulfilling meal?  Do you like Seafood, Cheese and Casserole?  Let's try this recipe!  The Baked Seafood Rice Casseroles!  This is one of the classic popular Hong Kong style dishes.  This is one Asian fusion meal that we both love!

Often times we would go to a Hong Kong Style restaurant for this dish.  So, I've decided to learn it with my own twist.  Turns out great!  

  • 4 cups of seafood - your choice.  I got a bad from Costco, added some salmon pieces.  (I would have added some imitation crab meat also :)
  • 4 cups of cooked Rice
  • Sliced Mushroom
  • Chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 5 Tbsp flour
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • Shredded Cheeeeese
  • Asparagus (or green onion)  this is for the fried rice
  • 5 eggs
  • Salt and pepper for taste
